Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 July 2026. By using renderaudit.com you agree to these terms.

The service

RenderAudit scans publicly accessible web pages and reports technical, accessibility and SEO findings. Only scan websites you own or have permission to test. Automated abuse (bulk scanning, scraping our results for resale) is not permitted.

Reports & licensing

Paid reports are licensed to the named purchaser for internal use — you may share them within your organisation or with your developer, but redistribution or resale is not permitted. Each report is personalized and carries a report ID.

Accuracy

Findings are generated by automated analysis and provided "as is." We work to keep checks accurate, but no automated tool is perfect; findings are guidance, not a warranty of completeness. You are responsible for changes you make to your website.

Payments & refunds

Full reports are a one-time purchase per website — no subscription, nothing recurring. Payments are processed by our merchant of record (Dodo Payments); the charge on your statement may appear under their name.

Refunds. You're entitled to a full refund if: your payment failed but was charged, you were charged more than once for the same report, or we're unable to generate and deliver your report (for example, your site is unreachable by our scanner). Once a report has been delivered to your email, the purchase is non-refundable — it's a digital good you've received. If you believe your report is materially wrong, contact us within 7 days and we'll re-scan or refund at our discretion.

Timing. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Refunds requested very soon after purchase may take slightly longer while the original payment settles.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@renderaudit.com
